Gum Disease

Plaque: If the plaque is not removed from the teeth on a daily basis using a brush and teeth thread the bacteria in plaque will secrete toxins capable of causing infections and then gum disease. Gum consists of two parts: a strong bone connects the teeth and jaw and soft muscular cover  that protects the bone. gingivitis affects soft flesh cover first.

Symptoms of gums inflammation include:

- Redness of the gums
- Swelling of the gums
- Bleeding when brushing teeth

In the case of suffering  any of these symptoms, you have to immediately  visit the dentist to avoid aggravating the problem and treated in its early stages before Gingivitis  becomes a  gum disease. After gingivitis begins bacteria starts to damage the bone connecting  the teeth and this so-called "gum disease." one of the most important symptoms of gum disease is receding gums (periodontal bone erosion), causing long teeth.

Guidance of oral hygiene and visit the dentist to remove plaque. In the case of negligence of treating gingivitis in its  initial stages, the problem will grow worse causing destructive periodontal bone and causing what is called periodontal disease.
foods residues accumulate in small spaces between the teeth and gums, leading to inflammation. The immune system in your body fight bacteria that cause gum infections. But soon the cavity depth increases , which you neglect to  clean . gradually the immune system will fail to  control over the deep cavities  and thereby increasing their  depth to reach  the bottom of the roots of the teeth, leading to movement and then to the need to remove them .

What are the causes of the disease of tissue surrounding the teeth?

The plaque is the main cause of these diseases. But there are other reasons  that contribute to some of the factors of infection, which include:

• Noncompliance to instructions of dental and oral hygiene: like daily brushing of  your teeth,  pregnant women during the early stages of pregnancy, heart disease in general. recent studies confirmed the existence of a dual relationship between diabetes and periodontal disease, it is well known that patients with diabetes are more susceptible to gum disease. Recent studies have shown that chronic gum disease can lead to diabetes.
